About The Event
600 Black Women was honored to be the very first Vanguard Award Recipient at the fifth annual Kodak Film Awards at the ASC Clubhouse in Los Angeles. It has been just over a year since Chris Wairegi created our organization and she had the privilege to accept this award with fellow 6BW shooters Cinematographer Michelle Crenshaw and Director. We are proud to be recognized and have so much in store for the future. So keep your eye on us!
